Job Information

Responsible for planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen.  Ensuring the quality and variety meets the standards and needs of the various food outlets as well as banquets.  This position reports to the Executive Sous Chef/Executive Chef.

 

Experience/Requirements
* Culinary Degree/ 6 years relevant experience, preferably 2 completed in high volume food service operation and as Sous Chef
* Seasoned, innovative chef with experience managing staff in a restaurant
